Your Status & Responsibilities
As a worker on Yard Hero, you are an independent contractor, not an employee. This means:

For disputes between customers and workers, Yard Hero provides basic mediation assistance. However, legal disputes must be resolved between the parties directly.

Either party may terminate their account at any time. Yard Hero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Termination does not affect completed transactions or ongoing disputes.
